Uma impressionante mudança da NTNB 2040 ao longo desta semana é o dado mais importante para analisarmos. O título que vinha caindo fortemente e chegou a negociar abaixo de 6,90%, voltou a subir e com força, fechando a semana em impressionantes 7,29%. O Renda + 2065 voltou a bater nos 7%, fechando em 6,98%.
Essa volatilidade dos juros parece ser um reflexo da guerra no Oriente Médio, com uma escalada do preço do barril de petróleo, que já negocia acima dos 90 dólares, em US$ 93,00. A escalada do preço do barril de petróleo, com um risco para a navegação na região, gera temor de uma inflação maior e de uma dificuldade em se reduzir os juros.
Ligado a isso, temos os desdobramentos das investigações do caso do Banco Master que pode levar a uma crise institucional enorme no Brasil e impactar diretamente as eleições.
Esse cenário evidentemente gera um certo temor dos investidores e nos gera esse nível de preço dos títulos públicos, o que deveria impactar na precificação dos investimentos em renda variável.
No caso dos FIIs, não deveríamos ver grandes mudanças de preços, já que a queda dos spreads de juros nas NTNBs não tinha provocado, ainda, uma alta considerável nos FIIs, mas, pode frear um pouco alguns otimistas.
E, diante deste cenário, o que fazer? Você já está careca de saber. Seguir investindo normalmente, procurando oportunidades, como sempre deve ser feito. No longo prazo, tudo isso é ruído que sempre ocorre no curto prazo.
Para renda variável, o que tenho recomendado é acompanhar com atenção uma ou duas semanas os desdobramentos da guerra e avaliar uma possível oportunidade. Mas, é importante lembrar que em casos como esses os FIIs acabam não tendo tanta volatilidade e até podem servir de caixa para eventualmente aproveitar a maior volatilidade que o universo das ações possui.
O ponto muito importante nesses cenários é não achar que uma queda de 2% ou 3% é uma oportunidade da vida. Os ativos brasileiros já tinham tido uma boa valorização e os desdobramentos da guerra podem durar semanas, ou até meses, e o maior impacto é na inflação, o que gera impacto nos juros. Assim, o ideal é acompanhar e buscar oportunidades que eventualmente estejam exageradas, sabendo que com este nível da NTNB 2040 fica mais difícil termos uma valorização dos FIIs.
