Resident Alien é uma série com 4 temporadas.
Vou fazer os comentários considerando apenas o piloto. Por quê?
Ora essas... porque eu só vi o piloto. Essa foi fácil...
Alan Tudyk é um comediante que já era conhecido há algum tempo. Sempre achei ele um bom ator, ainda que um pouquinho careteiro. Não são caretas Jim Carrey, é mais um estilo diferente. Ele é esquisito, mas não força a barra pra ser.
Não havia visto ele pegar nenhum protagonista até agora (ao menos nos formatos tradicionais), e eis que finalmente apareceu.
O papel da Alien está perfeito pra ele. Não consigo imaginar outro ator que ficasse melhor no personagem.
O enredo é interessante. O 1º episódio prende, e o IMDB (que muitas vezes ajuda) nos dá uma nota de 8,0.
Gostei. Verei ao menos mais alguns episódios.

Como se fosse um Pokémon, minha cachorra imaginária evoluiu e virou uma de verdade. Como a evolução sempre muda alguma coisa, a raça dela foi de Poodle para Maltês.
Para preservar a exposição digital da bichinha, vamos chamá-la de um nome fantasia, apenas para ilustrar o texto. Vamos chamá-la de Amy.
Quando Amy chegou aqui em casa, todos ficaram felizes. No entanto, houve uma grande batalha para ver qual o nome iria ser o oficial da cachorra.
Todos queriam que o seu fosse o escolhido. Eu queria chamar de Banana, para que me lembrasse de comer as porções de frutas diariamente.
Ok, ok... talvez não fosse o nome mais bonito.
Rolou um sério risco de anarquia por aqui, porquanto cada um chamava a doguinha de um nome diferente. No entanto, antes que ela desenvolvesse um transtorno de personalidade, acabei acatando o nome proposto pela Filha. E assim seguiu o jogo.
Amy é uma cachorra normal. Sabe latir, lamber e dormir. E fazer xixi e cocô. Ela faz isso muito bem. Tem a técnica perfeita. O problema não é na execução em si, e sim onde ela escolhe deixar os dejetos. Não era incomum encontrar coliformes fecais nos locais mais inusitados da área onde ela perambulava.
Isso obviamente era um problema, até mesmo sob o prisma olfativo da coisa.
Um adestrador foi convidado para resolver, mas pouco ajudou.
Quando tomei a frente pra resolver, bolei um plano infalível: comprei petiscos, que até agora ela nunca tinha provado, e quebrei um biscoito canino em 4, pra não zoar com a alimentação da bicha.
No momento em que ela fazia cocô ou xixi no tapete higiênico, passei a recitar a seguinte oração: “Xixi (cocô) no lugar certo? Muito bem!! Xixi no lugar certo! Sabe o que a Amy vai ganhar? Vai ganhar... (pausa dramática) BICOTINHO!!”
Nem te conto! A cachorra se transformou.
Em meio à pausa dramática a cachorra já rodopiava alegremente em 2 patas, como se fosse um poodle do Circo de Moscou no auge da sua apresentação.
Que incentivo!! Onde estava essa comida que eu nunca tinha provado??
Aquilo era um manjar dos Deuses: “BICOTINHO!”. Tão bom que era saboreado ali na mesma hora. Com muito foco!!
O prazer da cadela é tão grande que dá vontade até de provar a guloseima!
Melhor não provar, é claro. Até porque se o fizesse, teria que me confessar pra vocês depois. Eu não sei guardar segredo.
A adoração era tão grande que em poucos dias ela já sabia o local correto de satisfazer necessidades fisiológicas. Se acostumou a dar uma conferida na gente antes, pra ver se prestávamos atenção.
Também aprendeu a fazer só um pouquinho de xixi, garantindo assim a guloseima.
Parece até que sua vida mudou completamente depois da nova rotina. Se soubesse falar, provavelmente ela separaria seu histórico de vida em a.B. e d.B.; antes do bitotinho e depois do bicotinho.
É claro que nós somos diferentes do animal. Ao menos um pouco, né?
Existe a expressão “o peixe morre pela boca”. Mas não é só o peixe. O diabético normalmente vai pelo mesmo caminho.
Tá lá a minha cachorra fascinada pelos biscoitos. Será que somos tão diferentes assim deles?
Tive a ideia de escrever esse texto após ver um twit de uma amiga minha. O texto dizia: “A vida é uma série de problemas permeados por lanchinhos”.
É uma piada. A piada é engraçada. Por quê? Provavelmente porque tem algo de verdade.
Já tive mais de um amigo que nem termina um almoço e já ficar pensando o que vai comer na próxima refeição.
Até as pessoas mais esbeltas, que tem uma relação menos intensa com a comida, comumente ficam mal humoradas quando estão com fome.
Nosso cérebro reptiliano não é tão diferente do cérebro do animal.
No mercado financeiro, há pessoas que começam a operar no bull market, de forma que ganham muito mais do que perdem.
Assim como na Amy, seu cérebro solta endorfinas cada vez que ganha e ele passa a achar que sempre será assim.
Muitas vezes, esse cara é aquele que passa a se alavancar e quebra rapidinho na primeira forte corrigida do mercado.
Não seja esse investidor deslumbrado. Pense sempre no que pode dar errado, e em quanto está se arriscando.
Devagar se vai ao longe! Com tranquilidade máxima pra brincar com seus filhos e pets sem problemas financeiros.
